This role is with one of the E-Learning company based out of Mumbai. Key Result Areas include: - Build strong executive relationships with our clients and work closely with sales teams to ensure strategy and delivery as per business needs - Align with the sales team to ensure all business requirements of the client as per the proposal are met - Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, develop strategies and roadmaps designed to deliver on product value. - Create and deliver customized value-driven presentations and workshops to drive engagement and success of the platform - Achieve quarterly and annual goals on an account by following the customer engagement framework - Manage the relationship with the client account(s) with a focus on driving user adoption and the engagement - Cross and upsell product features to customers to increase the usage - In-depth knowledge about customer success processes and learning initiatives - Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge about the product and customer industries through self-study, research, and analysis. - Identify customer learning needs &amp; provide a solution using the product - Identify data trends to drive user adoption and platform usage You Are: - A combination of self-starter, leader, collaborative internal partner. - A driven team player, collaborator, and relationship builder whose infectious can-do attitude inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment. - Results orientated, motivated by success. - Entrepreneurial- you thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and you- re excited by the chance to play a large role. - Passionate- you must be passionate about learning and human capital development, ensuring our clients are wildly successful; we love seeing hunger and ambition. - Self-motivated: You can work with a minimum of supervision and be capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner. - Collaborator - capable of embracing the ideas of others (even if they conflict with your own) for the sake of the company and client. - Open to travel 25-50% of the time What you need: - Excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach. - Exceptional professional presence and business acumen. - 15 - 20 years of experience in a business or professional consulting role. - 5- 7 years of experience with SaaS/Software in a consultative post-sales capacity. - Experience developing and presenting clear and concise strategy presentations. - Strong learning solutions background - Thorough understanding and experience of managing initiatives involving learning and social media technologies. - Very strong PowerPoint skills - MBA from a premier school a must - Good understanding of data to analytics lifecycle - Ability to multi-task. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Enthusiastic team player with an innovative approach. - Ability to work in an aggressive and fast-moving environment where key objectives need to be met on pre-agreed timescales.
