Vice President - Chief Operating Officer - Financial Services Industry

- Drive a strong control and clarity of Cost base including expense and HC.

- Provide management with independent financial information and analysis - actuals/budget reporting etc.

- Strong experience into strategy & planning for various finance function.

- Supporting and driving relevant cost levers to meet our financial dedications.

- Support efficiency initiatives and partner with the function heads and site team to find opportunities.

- Ensuring adequate governance and control of BM activities, including the following.

- Adequate oversight of the HC / Hiring process including challenge and control.

- Supporting and driving the Workforce Strategy of the function globally

- Maintenance and Control of the Organization Structure.

- Appropriate communication and co-ordination re ongoing submissions to the GF COO team.

- Ensure Management reporting submissions are handled end to end

- Senior management reviews and updates.

- You have Financial services experience of at least 7 years
