Vice President - Change Delivery - Asset Services & Tax Operations Domain

Role Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)

- The successful Change delivery associate will join the Asset Services and Tax Operations Change organisation, primarily supporting the regulatory driven change impacting the Tax Operations team.

- In this role, the Change delivery associate will be involved in a variety of local and global projects, with the opportunity to perform roles such as Project Manager,

- Business Analyst and Business Process Re-engineering Analyst

- Clear and detailed understanding of post trade processes for Equities and or Bonds

- Experience of Asset Services and Tax processes would be an advantage but not essential

- Project Management skills and experience

- Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects

- Any exposure to Equity Derivatives or Equity Finance Operations would be of additional benefit

- Project management qualifications (e.g. Prince2, PMP) desirable.

- Six Sigma/ Business Process Re-engineering qualifications (e.g Green belt) would be a benefit.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
