About Our Client:

Our clients is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are looking for a Vice President- CCAR Modeling who can manage partner relationships, set strategic and operational goals for the group.

Job Description:

As a Vice President, you would be a part of the senior leadership team and play a role in defining strategic direction for the group. This role supports the Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) requirements to project revenues, expenses, balance sheet and drivers for all Institutional and Consumer businesses, regions and products.

In addition, you would be responsible for:

- Lead and manage modeling efforts to construct driver based processes/tools for scenario analysis and used for Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) submissions.

- Coordinate COE FP&A activities for CCAR, including liaising with business units, risk and treasury

- Engage with business on analysis of projections and correlation of time series data with macroeconomic indicators

- Manage and drive modeling effort to build the operating plan and forecast for businesses.

- Conceptualize modeling methodology, statistical tests, estimation calculations, business and P&L line item levels

- Present stress test and other scenario based results to the Business Heads & Corporate FP&A senior management.

- Drive model validation efforts with the independent validation group and the country/market risk leads

The Successful Applicant:

As a successful applicant, you need to have:

- 12+ years of finance/business/strategic planning/research/financial modeling/credit/market risk experience

- MBA/Masters in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Accounting or related discipline

- Understanding of macroeconomic indicators/scenarios and their business impacts.

- Able to apply financial modeling techniques and have working knowledge of Statistics (regression techniques), SAS programming
