Vice President- Career Services - EdTech - Delhi/ Mumbai/ Bangalore The KRA's would be : - This candidate holds a senior level within the organization, will head the entire Career Services team and enable end to end servicing to multiple stake holders. - Manage the departmental budget of Career Services. - Build a high performing admissions, ops and recruiter sourcing and management teams that delivers under pressure. - Drive higher customer satisfaction across all touchpoints in the career services journey for the learner and the client. - Work with various internal stakeholders: Business, Product, Marketing and Technology to ensure high performing operations. The desirable would be : - Overall 15+ yrs of experience with min 7-8 yrs of relevant experience. - Somebody who has start up experience, has closely worked with the promoters in building the business and org in talent acquisition, staffing, domains across industries. - Entrepreneurs who have sold or exited their companies but have worked in similar domains, providing solutions to the needs of the industry. - Experience in new age platforms and digital solutions relating to these domains is added advantage.
