Vice President - Campus Hiring - IT/ITeS

To lead the Engineering School Recruitment for Campuses across India for the most diversified group in technology, business process and consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

- To provide guidance both at the strategic and operational level to the team.

- To create engagement and branding strategy for Eschools.

- To build and maintain relationships with campuses.

- To maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed.

- To manage the financial budgets and delivering initiatives.

- To lead compliance and control of all high volume recruitment activities and processes.
