The role is part of the India Campus Recruitment team and will be to lead the Engineering School Recruitment for Campuses across India
This team would be the one-stop shop for all Eschool related hiring and engagement initiatives in India. Your role will also be to:
- Provide strategic guidance, enablement, thought leadership and operational assistance to the Eschool recruitment and Engagement team.
- Build and maintain relationships with campuses
- Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.
- Lead compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Creating campus hiring strategy from Eschools across India working closely with the Business leadership team
- Planning and executing the campus delivery cycle end to end
- Creating engagement and branding strategy for Eschools
- Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives
- Managing the financial budgets and delivering initiatives
- Identifying areas of opportunity and shaping actions to address them, where needed
- Ensure one Accenture face to the Campus and maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends and practices, providing guidance and support as needed
- Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate strategies
- Work closely with the IDC operations lead to understanding the hiring forecast
