Vice President - Business Unit Head - P&L - IT - IIT/BITS/REC/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

What You'll Be Doing:

- The role will fully own all aspects of P&L of the BU including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, finance, and human resources. He/She will be responsible for farming/hunting new accounts through his CXO connects/relationship or through his Sales/Account Management team.

- Evangelize the platform at scale globally.

- Develop SW vision, customer and competitive positioning strategy, value propositions, launch strategies, plans and execution.

- An exceptional expertise across all Cloud domains, including Apps, Infrastructure, and Security, particularly in Cloud Migrations and Expansion

- Proficient in navigating the diverse landscape of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), as they will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Indirect Channel sales business.

- Create a willingness for change within the team and empower the team's ability to deliver that change.

- Build very high-quality leadership teams and sales organizations for enterprise SW sales.

- Up to date with the market trends and competitor products to align product road maps and sales forecasting.

- Owning and driving customer relationships and CSAT
