- Establish and maintain overall governance structure, standards and processes for the program utilizing and enhancing existing administrative, reporting and financial processes.
- Work with senior leadership to maintain alignment of program objectives and execution timelines with strategic and tactical business objectives and targets.
- Lead overall program planning, monitoring and execution of plans in accordance with project budgets, forecasts, and delivery targets.
- Work with senior leadership team to manage overall program risks through execution of mitigation plans and development of contingency strategies.
- Manage program management office personnel and Project Managers including having responsibility for or significant influence on their annual goals and performance reviews.
- Resolve issues related to core leadership team day-to-day activities, business input and support; troubleshoot critical program roadblocks.
- Provide communications and transparency regarding program status to program sponsors, Executive Committee, Project Steering Committee, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor performance against contract schedules and SLAs, and negotiate changes and refunds as necessary.
- Monitor project activities through attendance at key project meetings.
