A great opportunity to join as Innovation Analyst in Business Transformation team within Group Operations. The role of an Innovation Analyst is to collaborate with Operations leadership to drive the business strategy, analysis and innovation across Group Operations. Bringing together industry knowledge and technical expertise to challenge existing processes, define our target operating models and ensure the designs for change initiatives align to a cohesive strategy.

The Business Transformation team plays a key role in shaping the vision of The successful candidate will provide direction and drive-change at execution level, they will be responsible for the following :

Key Objectives/Responsibilities :

- Owning end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement elicitation, planning, scheduling, tracking, budgeting, assessment / design, testing and implementation support

- Interpret Operations strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategic implementation

- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy in from all partners

- Creation of a target business process, architecture and roadmap in collaboration with technical analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications

- Understanding, mapping and documentation of high level processes across business services

- Lead and direct Ideation sprints - workshops for brainstorming, uses innovation tools and derives ideas

- Drive the innovation culture and change approach through upskilling and evolve self-serve capability

- Assessment of risk and controls in a process

- Use of approved tools for data analysis, decision making and automation

- Business-case development to support the transformation agenda

Qualifications :

The role requires broad industry expertise, an analytical approach, hands-on experience in process modeling and an ability to build support through effective communication. This includes but is not limited to :

- Influencing and communicating information - Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable, relevant and engaging way. Good presentation skills to create and deliver professional presentations that clearly articulates concepts / visions

- Stakeholder-Management - Innovative-thinker who works collaboratively to generate ideas and on their own to identify sustainable solutions. Experience working in a virtual team construct managing the demands of multiple business partners including creating and maintaining lasting professional relationships

- Change Agent - Proven ability to analyze issues, devise continuous operational improvements and incorporate business process initiatives to increase efficiency. Able to break down complex problems and frame issues into simple/manageable terms

- Strategic-thinking - A strategic, creative approach, proactively seeking opportunities to drive continuous improvement and change

- Technical Experience - Working experience in a Business Analyst/ Business Engineering/ Business Architect roles on cross-functional improvement/ automation/change projects with Banking Operations. Understanding of industry capabilities around robotics, data analytics and visualization including experience in process mapping, mining and workflow orchestration for operational processes

- Managing risk - Proven experience in evaluating risk likelihood and impact; taking into account all risk factors to balance risk, service and cost when communicating risk implications and contingency plans

- Creating a collaborative open culture - Outstanding collaboration across organizational boundaries; actively encouraging inclusivity and diversity and facilitating open communication between teams

- General - Self-starter who is able to work on an autonomous basis, can lead and drive initiatives with minimal guidance/supervision

- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
