Responsibilities
Act as the Lead for the Firm's Risk Advisory Services division, including specifically the following:
- Planning, executing and delivering Internal audit and Risk Advisory engagements as per agreed upon engagement methodologies.
- Leading business development for Risk Advisory Services
- Manage and control administrative matters relating to the Risk Advisory Services division.
- Represent the firm in various industry conferences and associations - network with individuals, contribute to key discussion items and explore business opportunities.
- Determine and deploy the right team with adequate skill sets for executing engagements and periodically review the status of engagements and work products.
- Actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects & internal initiatives by leveraging on lessons learned from other projects.
- Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members. Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 - 14 years related internal audit and risk advisory (SOX, ICFR, Risk Management, Control assessment etc.) experience
- MBA - Finance / CMA / M.Com
- Prior experience in an accounting/advisory firm is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and client relationships skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Robust experience of team management
