Key Responsibilities include:
Change management: Drive integration, synergies and best practices
Strategy & Execution: Key strategies are to be executed across organization. Key initiatives like RPA, Shared Operations, NFRR, process re-engineering etc. are to be planned, project managed and executed. Would be playing pivotal role
Budgeting & Analysis : budgets, forecasts, travel expense, expense management, MIS, dashboards, periodic tracking of variance and course corrections etc., R&R budget allocation, utilization etc..
Resource Management: hiring, attrition, seating, seat utilization,
Migrations and new transitions: Work closely with transition and operations team around RA id allocation, approval, seat allocation, risk mitigation, BCP strategy etc.
People agenda/ communication/ branding: Manage all these at level. Drive ESAT action plans, projects and key initiatives at level.
Reporting teams: Manage various functional reporting teams like ICAN, GMSA reporting, GDFX reporting, OR&C metrics reporting. The teams are going through sea changes and have to work closely with global stakeholders to help them streamline their approach and execution
Continuous Improvement @ : work with opex team to create end to end continuous improvement workflow for. As part of this responsibility, need to execute on the ideas identified basis prioritization and engage the right teams. Work with technology partners as well.
Domain Training& Business management: Will have to deliver and develop customized domain trainings across
Key projects/ Initiatives: Key projects / initiatives at level, streamlining BCP strategy across, Record Retention, PCS implementation in etc... Need to be best practiced and implemented across .
Education-
Master in Business Administration / Masters in Economics / Masters in Commerce
Masters / Bachelors in Commerce
Experience Range- 15-20 years
Mandatory skills-

Project Management Skills ability to cope with delivery within very tight deadlines under high pressure. Ability to prioritize work activity to maximize performance against agreed targets

A good team player with strong coordination skills. Ability to manage smaller & larger teams and work with across teams/locations to accomplish goals in a timely manner.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel and Word and ability to work on these without any support.
