Vice President - Business Head - Automobile Oil & Lubricants Business

- Heading Auto consumables (Automobile Oil & Lubricants) Business Unit.

- Responsible for Revenue Growth, Profit delivery, Consumer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement and Growth and Long term Strategic Vision for business.

- Developing and implementing Business Strategies for increase of market share and profitability.

- Manage distributors as profit centers by adding value to their business with a partnership and process driven approach.

- Key Account Management - Long term strategic partnership with key OEMs across different Industrial sectors.

Desired Profile :

- Should have rich experience in Channel Sales & Route to Market with expertise of New Channel Installation & Transformation Journey/ Strategy within Sales Organisation & Distribution Channels in Auto consumables ( Lubricants,coolants,Engine oil,break oil) within B2C & OEM space with a leading large Teams and P&L responsibility.

- Self-starter, innovative, with Excellent Team Administration and Management skills.

- Should have relevant work experience in Auto Retail sector.
