Role Summary :

This position will be responsible to :

- Develop repository system of the processes/workflow within the organization.

- Review or initiate the review of the processes such that.

- Provide the market intelligence of various new initiatives of making customer/partner experience superior.

- Digitize and not automate the current processes.

- Challenges the current way of working and improve upon the same resulting into less manual activity, reduction in time to do the same activity.

- Strategic Leadership & Advisory: As a senior professional, you play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's overall strategy. You advise top executives on how risk management and process improvement align with long-term strategic goals and contribute to the organization's growth and sustainability This guidance helps leadership make informed decisions that contribute to long-term efficiency and effectiveness.

- Thought Leadership: You are expected to be a thought leader in your field, providing insights into emerging trends, industry disruptions, and innovative approaches to risk management and process optimization. Your expertise guides the organization in staying ahead of the curve. Advise on adopting these practices to improve operations, reduce risks, and enhance overall performance.

- Benchmarking: Often recommend benchmarking against industry peers and competitors. This allows the organization to gauge its performance and identify areas where they can improve efficiency and effectiveness to stay competitive.

- Scenario Planning: Help organizations anticipate potential future risks and challenges. Provide advisory support in creating contingency plans, ensuring that the organization can adapt quickly to changing circumstances while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Technology Advisory: Offer guidance on technology adoption and integration. Help organizations choose and implement the right tools and systems to improve efficiency, automate processes, and reduce human error.

- Adaptive Strategies: Assist in developing adaptive strategies that allow the organization to respond to changes in the business environment. These strategies ensure that efficiency and effectiveness are not compromised in the face of uncertainty.

- Performance Monitoring: Often recommend methods for ongoing performance monitoring and reporting. This enables leadership to continuously assess the organization's efficiency and effectiveness and make informed decisions accordingly.
