Our client is a well funded global edutainment company backed by marquee investors. As the company expands into a new business line, they are looking for a VP - Business who understand costing decisions and how business models work, working closely with the founder and the leadership team.
Role:
- Take charge of the growth and P&L in the channel including purchase / inventory decisions, building a business model, executing the new launch
- Drive relationships with key stakeholders and customers both in India and abroad
- Cross-functional decision making will be required to drive the appropriate GTM strategy including pricing, marketing, branding etc.
- Create a robust reporting mechanism that culminates in dashboards that are reviewed with the leadership team at an appropriate cadence
Skils and Qualification:
- MBA with 1 to 3+ years of experience from a consulting background (A&M, Bain&company, BCG, Deloitte, EY etc)
- Background in commercial or operational roles
- Someone dealing with physical products or management consulting for consumer goods.
