Vice President - Business Development & Operations - FinTech

The incumbent should be an MBA from reputed institute with experience in lending Unsecured loan, Auto Loans, Home Loan, Business Loan, LAP etc in a Fintech Company. Must have working knowledge of P&L, Retail assets, Products and Operations. The incumbent should be aware of the current Lending products in the market with different lenders and should be have deep knowledge of the Fintech industry.

KRA's :

- Leading sales of financial products and building alliances and partnership with Banks, NBFC's, Insurance Companies.

- Creating partnership and alliances and responsible for disbursal of loans

- Responsible for Unsecured loans, Two-wheeler loans, Housing Loan, Business Loan, LAP etc.

- Coaching & mentoring Teams

- Work closely with the Technical team, product Team and Marketing team to set-up robust products.

- Leading the people process of hiring Talent, training, assessment and driving performance-based work culture
