Experience - 15+ years of exposure of Europe, India & LATAM and other regulatory market

Majorly handled LATAM market.

Company Details - They are a research-driven pharmaceutical company who develop, manufacture and supply differentiated generic products in the oral solid dosage forms, both as pre-formulation intermediates as well as finished formulation for certain key therapeutic segments. We offer both pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.

Core Responsibilities:

Vice President - Business Development is accountable for a double pronged assignment.

1. Taking existing product line in new territories in emerging & developed international markets like EU, LATAM, & other regulated markets along with market development at domestic level

2. Finding out-licensing partners, both at domestic as well as international level for technologies mastered.

Business Development:

- Business Development Strategy Formulation

- Identifying new regions in international markets for existing product range.

- Market Development & Penetration

- Development & Management of Business Partners for technology out-licensing and relationship building at international & national level

- Product Identification & development

Sales Management:

- Sales forecasting and strategy formulation.

- Achieve Sales Target.

- Collections and Credit Control.

- Sales Management Process.

- Coordination with Internal and External customers.

Person Profile:

- Sales & Marketing professional with 20+ years of hands on experience of International Sales & Marketing of formulations.

- Well versed with regulatory norms in various international markets

- Strong hands on leadership and management skills with a 'can do' attitude.

- Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills & strong negotiation skills

- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market (both domestic & International), including the unlicensed medicines sector as well as the regulated markets.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at a senior level.

- Highly customer focused, commercially astute
