Tier-1 candidates with experience in independently managing land deals, business development in Bangalore and South
1. Responsible for prospecting and sourcing land deals as per company's plans - commercial deals
2. Should be able to do preliminary financial analysis of the deal
3. Adept in financial modelling
4. Should be well aware of the market trends, demography, competition
5. Should be able to pitch the deals to internal as well as external stakeholders
6. Knowledge about real estate taxation is a must
7. RERA guidelines / Knowledge about local bye laws
8. Should be proactive to gauge the market trends and opportunities
We need:
1. Tier 1 MBA (preferably finance) with 8-12 years of experience in the South market
2. Should have successfully done commercial deals in South market especially Bengaluru
3. Analytical bent of mind
4. Strong financial and commercial acumen
