VP Business Development- Mumbai( Female candidates preferred from BFSI)

Designation- VP Business Development

Location- Mumbai

- NBFC in the field of Loan against ESOPs/Shares. The customer acquisition approach is, primarily to approach unlisted companies with large workforce and having issued ESOPs to the employees. The primary objective of the role, is to promote ESOPDhan as a tool of employee welfare to the companies.

- Through the company's management, have to reach to the employees, who are beneficiaries of ESOPs of the companies. The initial briefing/pitch to the employees might be a town hall address to all employees and thereon to deal with each employees and resolve their doubts and convince the features of ESOPDhan. Majority of target customers will be senior management workforce including CXOs.

- MBA from a reputed Business School

- 3 to 8 years' experience in Business Development/Sales profile

- Excellent communication skill

- Robust presentation skill, including addressing large audience

- Basic understanding of Finance

- Networking and relationship management skills
