- Develop and execute business development strategy and plan
- Execute the organization's global brand building, advertising and promotional activities.
- Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business from existing accounts.
- Understand client needs and design appropriate solutions
- Conceptualize and develop new product ideas to address market needs.
Skills required :
- Post-Graduates with 14+ years of experience in business development in ITES (Non-voice) industry
- Proven track record of successfully selling outsourcing services in financial accounting outsourcing
- Should be well networked and should have dealt/interacted successfully with leading corporate organizations and built good relationships with them.
- Should possess good account management, communication and selling skills
