Vice President - Business/Deal Origination - ECB Funding

We are scouting for Vice President - Business Development (Business/ Deal Origination), Mumbai.

Candidates with strong Business Development networking in the domestic & International market.

Candidates with ECB experience would be preferred.

- Someone who can be a Part of client coverage and deal origination team for Cross Border M&A and PE and debt raise from International banking channels in mid-market & large corporate space.

Specialties: Coverage & Client Relationship | Business Origination (Debt & Equity) | Mid-Market & Large Corporate | Stressed Asset Management | Government Relationships | Restructuring.

- Deal origination from high rated clients for mandates for overseas funds raise primarily through ECB route & Cross Border M&A by initiating and developing relationships with Key Decision Makers across multiple sectors pan India in Mid-Markets.

- Building deal origination capabilities in Stressed assets / special situation space to generate a new income stream for IBG team by originating direct client deals or deals through intermediaries for investment by foreign investors.

- Optimizing business relationships with the efforts of cross selling multiple products to a single customer.

- Lead initiatives for broadening avenues for raising finances for group (Both debt products / equity products) & develop relationships in FPI investors, Private Equity Funds etc.
