Role: Vice President:Business Apps
Location: Gurgaon
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Head the growth and P&L for our app business, that comprises building the top of the funnel through selling our remote monitoring devices that work with the app (owning the CAC and acquisition channels for this), and thereafter driving app engagement, retention and the lifetime value (LTV) through cross sell and up-sell on the app through our multiple product levers.
1. Business Growth:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy to achieve a threefold increase in revenue over the next 2 years for our app business.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
- Drive initiatives to expand our customer base and increase market penetration.
2. Mobile Application Engagement:
- New user acquisition through our connected glucometers via various channels - Amazon, FK, e-pharma, digital marketing etc
- Manage acquisition spends in relation to channel quality and retention.
- Work with product and analytics to focus on user activation, engagement, and retention to drive LTV.
3. Revenue and Sales Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through targeted customer segmentation and re-engagement.
- Create growth strategies for app-based revenue streams such as commerce, testing strips, medicines, and diagnostics.
- Focus on owing and driving a healthy LTV/CAC on app.
4. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company's goals and values.
