Vice President - Business Analytics - Online/Internet

Job Summary:

The role involves developing Artificial Intelligence with machine learning and deep learning models that utilize multiple data points and opportunities at Client. Identification of suitable technology/solutions keeping in view the growing organizational needs will be an important aspect of the job.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement AI with machine learning and deep learning models.

- Identify suitable Big data/Analytics framework and adapt them suitably to power these models.

- Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of implemented tools and ensure that they are functioning properly.

- Extend the required information/reports on mobile to support the distributed workforce.

- Work with multiple data points and opportunities at Client to improve monetization and/or reduce cost.

- Hire, train and retain skilled resources for AI team.

Experience:

- 10-15 Years of experience business excellence role in a service based organization, of which the last couple of years should be in a senior leadership position.

Skill Sets:

- Strong understanding of AI/ML based algorithms and technology

- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

- Must have lead a team of technology professionals

Qualifications:

- B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science (Specialization in the field of Business Analytics/ Machine Learning would be preferred)
