Vice President - Business Analyst - Capital Markets - International Investment Bank

One of our clients a leading international investment bank is looking to hire a VP - Business Analyst for their Capital Markets team in Bangalore.

- The successful candidate will have in-depth experience developing and implementing large scale financial programs for several years.

- The candidate will lead a team of senior BA's and engineers in the Global Pricing and Risk Services technology team focussed on building components for all asset classes including cross-asset valuation adjustments.

To be successful in the role you should have :

- Strong capital markets experience across multiple asset classes

- Experience in pricing and risk

- Should have example of strategical initiatives and business strategy

- Experience of engaging with the business at a global level

- International experience is a big plus

- 7+ years working with global teams

- 5+ years leading teams of more than 20 engineers

- Masters degree in engineering or computer sciences

- Experience with cross-asset valuation adjustment business

- Experience of building and leading a high-performance team
