We are looking at Vice President for Broca and Mutual Fund Distributor Channel will be responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, and performance of our distribution strategies in the Broca and mutual fund segments.
This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the insurance and mutual fund industry, specifically in Broca and distribution channels.
The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, establish and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, and drive revenue growth through effective channel management.
JD :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy for the Broca and mutual fund segments in line with the company's overall business objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key Broca partners and mutual fund distributors to foster collaboration and achieve mutual business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive their performance and achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and enhancements within the Broca and mutual fund distribution channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, underwriting, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of distribution strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate channel performance, including sales metrics, distribution costs, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for Broca agents and mutual fund distributors to enhance their knowledge and understanding of insurance and investment products.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices related to Broca and mutual fund distribution channels, ensuring adherence to all relevant guidelines.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and raise the company's profile in the market.
Nice to have :
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in the insurance and mutual fund industry, with significant experience in Broca and distribution channels
