Vice President - Branding - EduTech

We are looking for a VP branding for an Edutech company in Mumbai.

Experience 10 plus years.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Create strategy and plan to make an aspirational brand for the target audiences

- Defining the Brand Value Proposition for and creating the road map for effective communication to the target audiences.

- Designing and implementing the ATL campaigns to ensure growth in market share and outreach.

- Managing the advertising and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for the product or service

- Conceptualize & build the influencer marketing channel to support business revenue targets.

- Ensure collaborations with research institutes to validate our learning levels.

- Ensure marketing initiatives to draw high traffic for the online platform through campaigns

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas to focus based on customer needs & gaps

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and performance on key organizational matrices

- Support the Online & Offline marketing teams with design inputs

- Manage the PR, Creative & advertising agencies

- Communicate the brand personality internally and align the company around foundational ideas

- Own the internal & external communication

- Track competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
