One of the leading MNC bank in India   Mumbai  Description  One of the leading MNC Bank in India is seeking a (VP Branch Operations Planning & Control)  Role  - To centrally drive Operations and Process Improvement for all branch - banking related matters.  - Responsible for all operations and audit related imperatives for the Branch Banking business  Key Responsibilities  - To be responsible for cash control / management across the country - monitor branch cash holding trends, ensure daily cash limits remain within approved limits consistently and are balanced, ensure cash indents from branches are responded in time etc.   - To handle branch Operations capacity planning   - To handle branch Operations expense management   - To be responsible for Performance management - ensure targets are achieved for key branch operations related metrics (e.g., Frauds, Operations loss, Audit reviews, RFIs, SARs )  - To ensure development of DOIs / local operations manuals   - To handle central reconciliation activities   - To be responsible for Regulatory and Compliance reporting of branch operations related activities   - To co-ordinate with the business & GTO on Branch facing infrastructure system activities (e.g., UAT, BRD etc.)  - To be responsible for Digital Adoption - Support digital adoption through scorecard and performance management of Regions, branches and digital ambassadors by leading communication drives and ongoing investment into branch automation.   - To be able to Create measures, targets and ongoing reporting for Service transactions through branch channels at a national, regional, branch and frontline staff level.   - To support Head Branch Operations, CR Head, Regional Service Managers and Service organization in performance review of National and Regional Branch servicing.   - To be able to identify process issues leading to delayed transactions and poor client experience and lead process improvement within branch channel in partnership with PDU, Operations, GSSC, Products and CE.   - To be responsible for continuous training and communication to create an informed and responsible staff to address conduct issues  The Candidate  - Min 10 years of experience required.  - Expertise required/ Domain Knowledge: (Controls / Ops Risk / Compliance/ Audit) - Financial Services  - Master's Degree in any stream  - In-depth understanding of processes, systems related to retail banking operations and conversant with RBI guidelines/other statutory obligations  - Strong team player with proven competency in managing stakeholder management  - Analytical and evaluation ability
