Vice President - Branch Management

- Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch.

- Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch.

- Liability generation & New Business development (CASA acquisition).

- Cross Sell of various Third party products and Asset products.

- Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customers.

- SME, Business Banking/ Trade Finance/ CA acquisition (High Value Current accounts).

- Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board.

- Responsible for meeting the branch targets set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. Branch liability Book Size more than 200 cr.

- Ensuring that customer get world class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the bank has to offer

- Responsible for managing, training and motivating of all branch staff

- Key Customer relationship management and supervision of all high net worth customer programs

- Ensure Clarity of Business objectives among all staff, and Periodic review of Progress Vs Objectives

- Managing Branch Profitability, Customer Service and Daily Branch Operations and Daily Reports.

- Responsible for the business of two other Small Branches.
