Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 12 +

Roles :

- Responsible for handling the whole mortgage operations and customer service delivery

- Handling a large number of team.

- Handles end to end processing for Banking Customers starting from Onboarding, Account maintenance, Closures & Customer Data operations.
 
- Managing process performance in line with agreed SLA and targets

- Experience with leading Financial Services BPOs/Large BPO setup

- Managing regulatory requirements, delivering Business initiatives, owning the key strategic priorities
