- He/She will be involved in managing a wide gamut of programs focusing primarily in the benefits area including retirement, insurance, leave, loans & advances, care lease etc.
- Should have a major portion of the experience in C&B functions with depth in benefits topics.
- Candidates must have Strong executive presence, excellent communication and presentation skills and effective change agent.
- Experience in regulatory issues, Tax, benefit plans including, Insurance, retirement, maternity programs, car benefit etc
- Ability to influence senior leaders and executives and to interact with diverse team across wide geographically location
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, ability to work under tight and sometimes competing priorities
- MBA in HR with 15+ years of experience in HR with strong experience in Benefits domain with C&B.
- Certifications in Benefits, rewards etc would be an added advantage.
- People having Benefits experience with a corporate should apply, those with benefits consulting experience would not be relevant for the role.
