1. Formulate and the strategy to achieve business targets and brand goals through customer-focused and data-led marketing campaigns across all digital paid channels (search, display, paid social, video, mobile, content, and affiliate)

2. Continually build on the foundation for user and team growth through the development of repeatable, scalable processes and framework

3. 10+ years of experience as a marketing leader who has successfully delivered international growth results across digital paid acquisition channels

4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to successfully influence and communicate complex information clearly to your colleagues and through marketing material

5. Energy giver with a positive outlook and the ability to influence your team leads, peers, and senior leaders across all company functions

6. A strategic leader with a deep understanding of how to balance the goal of rapid growth of brand awareness with an emphasis on driving positive return on investment from a highly-optimised mid-low funnel

Job Profile:

1. Own and drive Digital Media Campaigns, Performance Marketing Campaigns, and SEO.

2. Digital Media Planning, Media Buying and end-to-end campaign management across BFSI, FMCG and Affluent Business Portfolio.

3. Campaign Management and optimization strategy across Digital and Social Channels - PPC, Display, Facebook, YouTube and Programmatic, UAC & Mobile App Marketing.

4. Own the Optimization and continuous improvement of performance media channels to drive customer Acquisition, Digital Sales, Up-sell and cross-sell.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams of the bank.

6. Manage aligned and Partner relations including Analytics team, Creative team, Publishers, Affiliates, and Aggregators etc.

7. Create and manage Digital/Web and Creative Assets required for Digital Media Campaigns.

8. Web Analytics & Traffic Analysis to track the Organic/direct Performance of Website.

9. Define and track KPIs to measure performance of various traffic generating channels including Organic, Direct, Affiliates, Referral, Social, Paid etc.

10. Content & Influencer Marketing to improve top of the funnel KPIs like Products awareness, Website Visits and Engagement.

11. Hands on Digital Marketing work experience in executing Digital Media Campaigns, social media, SEM, SEO.

12. Well versed with Platform Consoles like Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, DV 360, LinkedIn Business.

13. Detailed understanding of digital marketing funnels and associated media platforms.

14. Understanding of Omni-channel campaigns and Marketing Automation.

15. Good communication skills.

16. Platform Knowledge.

17. Identifying cross sell & upsell opportunities.

18. Managing client relations & managing expectations.
