Designation : Vice President / AVP Finance Location : Chennai Key Responsibilities : 1. Preparation of Financial model, negotiate financing, working out financial pitch with leading Banks, ensuring completion of documentation involved in the due diligence 2. Manage Relationship with Credit rating agencies 3. Supervise Accounting, Financial reporting, internal auditing, revenue collections, risk management and treasury management for the Company 4, Ensure accurate and timely recording of the Company's financial transactions 5. Supervise the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements, including revenue projections Desired Candidate Profile : - CA with post qualification experience of 20-25 year - Candidate should be from Real Estate Industry Only and worked in Chennai market - Strong Financial Modelling and Presentation Skills - Should be able to speak in Tamil fluently and ability to speak in any one additional regional language is preferred
