Vice President/AVP - Finance - Industrial Sector - CA/IIM A/B/C

Our client is a leading Indian business house in the industrial sector. With company turnover of approximately 13000 cr and group turnover exceeding 50,000 cr, our client has established itself as on of the leading players both technologically and strategically.

Ideal Candidate:

As a successful applicant you are a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance (IIM A,B,C) with at least 18 years of post qualification experience out of which the vast majority has been in the manufacturing/ oil and gas / energy space. You are a long term thinker with a business partnering mindset who has created value through multiple mergers and acquisitions in the past. You have a solid foundation on treasury and working capital management and have raised substantial funds through debt as well as equity. You have managed large teams and are an excellent communicator and relationship builder. You are well acquainted with SAP Treasury as well as FICO modules and have an exposure to Oracle as well.

Job description:

Reporting to the Director - Finance, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Managing draw down for project loans, loan documentation, MIS related to term loans and project loans.

Liaising and negotiate with banks for raising funds and non-fund based facilities to finance capacity expansion, new projects, working capital requirements

Investing surplus funds in money market schemes to generate optimal returns

Monitoring projects, and ensuring compliance for condition precedents

Directing commodity and forex market risk mitigation and risk management policy

Overseeing due diligence of acquisitions, biddings, purchase and valuations
