Vice President - Audit - Corporate Audit Quality Assurance Team - GIC/Captive/Big4

For Corporate Audit's Quality Assurance (QA) Team oversees and executes assigned areas of audit work, providing day to day coaching and guidance to teammates. Executes quality assurance reviews over audits, issue validation and other audit activities to evaluate for the sound application of risk based auditing in accordance with Audit policies and procedures and industry and regulatory guidance. Demonstrates strategic thinking and supports change. Assesses issues for impact to business processes, controls and strategies, reviews severity ratings and escalation of broad themes or trends. Drafts quality and timely QA reports and shares results with Audit leaders. Exercises critical thinking and judgment to effectively influence the quality of audit work. Fosters an inclusive work environment.

Need Candidate who have experience in doing Quality / Audit for Internal Audit

Education:- Bachelor's degree required; CPA/CA, MBA or CFA preferred

- Certifications, If Any:- CIA,CISA desirable

- Global Markets / Global Banking experience

- In-depth understanding of audit methodologies with ability to evaluate appropriateness of audit results across multiple lines of business, will be preferred

- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication (both written and oral) skills

- Strong strategic and process thinking abilities; takes a broad perspective and makes connections

- Proactively looks for opportunities, solutions and process improvements, manages projects, including contracting, milestones and task management, resources, risks/dependencies

- Able to lead change and integrate work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, establish priorities and achieve results

- Results driven, outcome-oriented leadership style with a high degree of energy and work ethic that suggests personal drive and dedication
