Areas of Responsibility & brief description
- Define the yearly targets and objectives for & ensure the achievement of EBIT and revenue targets for the department
- Create a Training Budget for the organisation & ensure effective use formulate business strategies to promote existing products & services
- Tap in to in house knowledge and structure with at least 70% weightage and allocate 30% weightage from outside tie ups with privilege lounges and various benefits programs
- Well versed in building new channels through travel agencies, online, call centres and walk in applicants
- Conceptualize new privilege products or services and ensure conversion of concepts into product implementations
- Should be able to motivate existing customers into renewing the program
- Should have a clear knowledge of identifying opportunities, globally
- Ensure self & team development both in personal & professional space
- Create a self-sustaining training function by providing & outsourcing training & related services in the open markets & develop this a business line for the organisation
- Judicious use of natural resources
- Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
Indicative KRAs/Budgetary and Revenue Responsibilities:
- Achievement of EBIT Target for the department
- Identify new sources of Privilege program parameters
- Achieve target numbers for enrolments and sign ups
- No Non-Compliances in any external and internal audits
