Vice President/Associate - Front Office Investment Banking - TMT Sector

Looking for a Investment Professional with 4- 8 years of Front Office Investment Banking experience for a global top 5 global Investment Bank based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be expected to assist/ work on deals on an end to end basis

- Should be familiar with origination and sourcing

- Reporting will be to the MD of the practice itself

- Will be expected to be comfortable with the Technology landscape in India

- Should be comfortable with working with cross border teams and with multiple stakeholders

- Role on offer is a track role to MD in 2/3 years contingent on performance

Salary contingent on profile and Pedigree

Focus Areas : TMT ( Technology will be the main focus)

- Opportunity to work with a world class IB with a very robust deal pipeline looking to expand their TMT footprint in India

- Very robust deal pipeline as a consequence of which individual must know how to execute a deal from origination to execution

- Front end experience a must for consideration

- Process will comprise of a telephonic interview and a case study round followed by in person rounds with the MD
