Designation : HR Business Partner (Enterprise Business)

Experience : 14 - 16 Years

Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in HR from Tier 1 & 2 Institute.

Major KRA's :

- To handle end-to-end business partnering, including recruitment, performance management, talent management and employee relations

- Build strong business relationships with internal clients and stakeholders

- Proactively drive and support delivery of HR processes, engagement initiatives and issues

- Act as a single point of contact for employees, supporting partners and managers with employee issues

- Manage on-boarding including offer process and induction

- Role responsibilities will encompass all generalist HR functions. This role is primarily responsible for executing HR initiatives for all employees in order improve performance and build capability and commitment to the organization

- Partner with Business and be the Strategic Advisor on HR fronts - work closely with business managers, understanding the business and its needs and applying that understanding to HR practices.

- Be a catalyst to Change Management and drive change initiatives related to people and HR process within the organization

- Identify needs and design Organization Behaviour and Development initiatives. Be the driver as well to the OB&D initiatives

- Drive Training & Development in the Business Unit by understanding and identifying the training needs and leverage the expertise of L&D team for various initiatives and team building exercises

- Communicate and reinforce the value proposition to employees through each connect point & culture through various HR initiatives

- Help managers to create Career Development opportunities by sharing employee aspirations and needs for respective Business Units

- Drive HR Processes like Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Talent Management and Advancement for respective Business Units

- Help Recruitment team in the hiring Process for respective Business Units

- Provide HR intelligence about competitors through various available sources and help business to act proactively for talent retention initiatives

- Provide clarity to all employees by effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the division

- Conduct stay interviews to enhance retention and coordinate Focus Group Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions & opinions

- Create and drive forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis

- Leverage industry knowledge is designing and implementation on best practices in HR
