Vice President/Assistant Vice President - Treasury - BFS

An established, progressive non banking financial services platform that provides financial solutions to businesses and entrepreneurs - is looking to hire a VP/AVP treasury.

Job role and responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to raise funds for the company and monitor its financial operations

- Monitoring daily cash flow of the Company and ensure necessary amount of credit facilities and funds are available for business

- To nurture and expand relationship with Financial Institutions, Banks, Credit rating agencies

- Deployment of surplus funds in Fixed deposits, Mutual funds effectively.

- Ensuring compliances with all NBFC Guidelines issued by RBI including filing various required returns

- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

- Preparation and regular update Business Plan / strategy document with due consultation with CFO and Top Management

- Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills

- To evaluate develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies

- Managing credit rating of the Company for credit facilities with banks

- Review and assess risks that arise in company's functionalities and activities.

- Monitor and manage the investments, update MIS for accurate reporting and make appropriate recommendations to the CFO and top management of the company.

- Continued compliance of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR for Listed securities,

- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities

- Independently handle assignments relating to raising capital by borrowers in the form of various instruments like Commercial papers, NCDs, CCDs, CCPS and other similar instruments.

- Coordinate with the various finance, legal and compliance teams to structure and negotiate, closure of transaction along with drafting, vetting and review of the transaction documents.
