We need a candidate who can join us immediately or in the next 15 days.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, strategizing and executing end to end recruitment cycle across all levels
- Partnering with business leadership closely to ensure alignment of workforce planning process and forecasting hiring budgets
- Manage complete employee life cycle across bands (Hire to Retire) and lead initiatives and teams for the areas on Talent Mapping, assessment, development & deployment.
