JOB DESCRIPTION: What is the Company like? Founded in 2005, ABans Group is a comprehensive Financial Services & Solution Provider, which aims to provide an end-to-end financial solution to its clients. We offer the entire gamut of services catering to retail investors, domestic institutions & foreign institutional investors. We provide our customers with services like Equity Derivative Markets, Off-shore investments, Portfolio Management Services, Investment Banking & Mutual Funds. Responsibilities: - Drive HR operations activities (e.g., employee relations, compliance, payroll services, training delivery, recruitment support, employee data maintenance & reporting, etc.) to meet corporate strategic results. - Drive compliance with established governance e.g. Service Level Agreements, Collective Labor Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and other binding regulatory guidelines while capitalizing on economies of scale to achieve cost efficiencies. - Develop HR Operations goals and action plans to make individual and team performance a competitive advantage through effective execution of harmonized processes - Provide employee relations guidance for the organization and counsel to leaders and employees on employment laws, policies and practices including the development, administration and execution of collective bargaining agreements - Manage the process for compensation planning (including salary planning, payroll, benefits and award programs) to effectively recognize and reward performance and provide a best in class service to employees creating high employee satisfaction - Ongoing identification of process improvement opportunities and implementation of enhancements to drive efficiency and improved levels of support contributing to a - Best in Class- HR organization. - Manage the budget and KPI's for the HR operations function to contribute to cost effectiveness and operational excellence Qualifications: - University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or business-related field; Masters Degree preferred - Min. 15 years of HR experience preferably with generalist experience. - Experienced in managing research & development (R&D) organization. - Vast experience / thorough knowledge of legislation with respect to tax, labour law, CLA etc. - Vast experience / in-depth understanding of interactions with other functions (e.g. Finance, IT). - Ability to coach and manage teams and run a department; experience in leading teams preferred - Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing across cultures.
