- To conduct mapping of the investment criteria and take decisions relating to fitment based on the business strategy

- To ensure rigorous checks on promoter name clearance

- To conduct in depth sector analysis of the relevant business prospects.

- To evaluate prospective businesses with higher probability success scenarios

- To do benchmarking with competitors and conduct peer analysis

- To carry out through due diligence covering financials, legal and techno economic viability.

- To coordinate with various external stakeholders like lawyers, DD agencies etc.

- To carry out correct assessment of risk and propose any required risk mitigation strategy.

- To build financial model forecast covering sustainable debt analysis,

- To build financial models with returns forecast and carry out sustainable debt analysis, enterprise valuations etc

- To optimize the appropriate deal structure/negotiate term sheet

- To liaison with various internal stakeholders

- To make presentations to the sanctioning authorities in order to get necessary approvals

- To respond to any queries raised by the internal risk team

- To build in control mechanisms and ensure through documentation process, compliance of CP's etc

- To coordinate with internal stakeholders like operations, treasury etc

- To flag off of any critical deviations

- To track and monitor MIS/TRA statements

- To ensure regular interactions with borrowers

- To prepare asset review notes for management reviews
