Vice President - Analytics - SAS - Captive Banking

Leading client is looking at hiring VP Analytics, a seasoned professional who will be responsible for managing the entire analytical domain. The incumbent will be responsible for designing the analytical roadmap for various I-Bank.

We are looking out for SAS Analytics professionals who are into Risk strategy role for one of our Captive Banking clients in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities :

- Building models to predict risk and other key metrics

- Coming up with data driven solutions to control risk

- Finding opportunities to acquire more customers by modifying/optimizing existing rules

- Leverage artificial neural networks, machine learning techniques to build quantitative tools for investment management

- Evaluating 3rd party solutions for predicting/controlling risk of the portfolio

- Running periodic controlled tests to optimize underwriting

- Monitoring key portfolio metrics and take data driven actions based on the performance

Candidate Specification :

Skills :

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as R/Python/SAS/SQL

- Established competency in statistical modeling

- Experience in handling complex data sources

- Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills.

Preferred :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in Financial Services/Analytics Industry

- Understanding of the financial services business

- Experience in working on advanced machine learning techniques
