Vice President - Analytics - Credit Risk - NBFC

VP Of Analytics will be responsible for building of Develop metrics and frameworks to evaluate the functioning of all parts of NBFC - marketing/sourcing, product, underwriting operations, collections, portfolio.

- End to end analytics responsibility: Optimize Costs - Sales operations (through put analysis and deep dive), Marketing analytics- channel mix, channel performance etc., Portfolio monitoring, contributing to credit model, evaluation of model, model validation etc.

- Stake holder management

- Building a brand for Analytics with in organisation

- Exploring new sources of data and productizing analytics

Required Skills:

- Must have very good understanding of credit models, default prediction models, propensity models and collections models, fraud models, customer segmentation, survival models

- Proven ability to build teams and lead organizations in a rapidly growing environment with experience of managing Business Analytics professionals

- Strong Action Bias: Ability to move forward in limited information

- Solid business understanding of an NBFC

- Creativity to overcome large as well as small data issues

- Ability to explain concepts in English - strong presentation skills

- Hands on SQL, Excel skills Good to have - python skills

- At Core is Business analyst with strong understanding for data science models pertaining to lending.
