Job Brief :
Our Client is seeking a Vice President for its Alternate Investment Fund. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The Vice President will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of investment strategies for the Alternate Investment Fund. The role requires a high level of knowledge and experience in financial analysis and investment strategies.

Location : Mumbai
Experience : At Least 8-12 years of relevant experience
Qualification : CA/CFA or MBA Finance from tier 1/2 college
Job Level : Senior Level
Salary : Commensurate with experience
Role & Responsibility :
- Develop and implement investment strategies for the Alternate Investment Fund in line with the overall investment objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities for the fund.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments.
- Manage the investment process, including negotiations, documentation, and closing of transactions.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the fund's investments, including the identification and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare and present investment reports to the senior management team and investors.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential investors.
- Work closely with other departments within Ambit Private Capital, such as legal and compliance, to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 8 to 14 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- MBA Finance/CA/CFA preferred.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of investment strategies and techniques.
- Proven ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
