Job Responsibilities -
Objective 1: Lead the P&L for the business - Supply Chain Finance by building new alliances and nurturing existing ones.
- Revenue Responsibility i.e., P&L of business by focusing on AUM growth.
- Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed
- Develop new corporate tie-ups Pan India and design structured finance solutions to suit corporate requirements.
- Maintain relationships with treasury, purchase, and accounts team of the corporate clients to ensure seamless financing of Channel partners
- Increase share of wallet in each of the existing customers by improving relationship at all levels
- Increasing quality leads for Business Loans from clients and ensuring end to end fulfillment
- Reporting and Monitoring performance
- Add new Alliances - Digital Platforms, Corporates
- Research on potential tie-ups for Business Development - Market Sizing research, identifying potential new tie-up opportunities
Objective 2: Build Strategy & Product to scale business from long term perspective.
- Ownership of end-to-end product strategy to drive customer understanding and engagement for product.
- Strategic, creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to identify customer insights and needs to drive product strategy
- Provide thought leadership for activities identified in the long-range product plan for credit policies and technology area.
- Product Research and coming out with innovative Financial products solving Customer problems along with Products team
- Identifying innovative products to increase share of Wallet from existing customers
Objective 3: Provide Leadership and impact overall efficiency of the team.
- Build and develop team of business alliance, providing leadership and coaching to the team in areas such as technical product knowledge, corporate relationship management and so on.
- Driving weekly and monthly reviews with partners and internal team.
- Play strategic role in overall company strategy and growth.
