We are executing a leadership assignment of VP - Administration and Operations with of the Global B-School in Mumbai. The KRA's would be: A. Operations - Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. - Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. The goal is to use technology extensively to enable smooth system oriented operations. - Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on key operating metrics. B. People Services - Conceptualize the HR strategy along with HR Head of the organization in line with the business needs &amp; objectives and oversee HR operations for all the campus. - Conceptualize talent management strategy along with HR Head and facilitate employee development programs to build employee capability as per business requirements. - Continuously encourage local HR and HODs to interact with employees and understand the pulse of the campus with a view for Grievance Management and Redressal. C. Corporate Relations - Design and evaluate placement policy with Head Corporate communications around. - Conducting campus placements of all our students for post graduate programs across industries and sectors. D. IT Infrastructure - Guide and evaluate IT Infrastructure for the group along with IT Head. - Ensure that the IT head is accountable for technical knowledge development/enhancement and sustenance, as well as soft skill development/enhancement and sustenance for self and the team. - Ensure a well-managed team of Systems Administrators and Engineers are responsible for Data Center Server Farms, Storage, Security, Performance, Capacity, Monitoring &amp; Reporting and over-all hardware/OS life cycle. The desirable would be: - Min. 12-15 yrs of relevant experience of handling IT, HR, Admin, facilities and operations across multiple offices/ locations both India and Globally. Preferred candidate should be technology savvy and should have good international exposure. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - A dynamic professional and aware of current HR, Admin and technology practices.
