Roles & Responsibilities :

- Review and finalization of Monthly MIS.

- Preparation & tracking of CRMS (Management Tool) and various Management reports.

- Coordination with foreign subsidiaries and consolidation of various reports.

- Profitability analysis at subsidiaries level.

- Adding Various Synergies in the business.

- Heading Accounts & MIS function (overseas business)

- Handling team of 5 employees (CAs)
