Vibrant Energy - Analyst - Financial Modelling

- Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modelling

- Performing financial modelling and support business development pricing/proposal building for new clients

- Supporting various financing and due diligence workstreams in acquisitions of renewables businesses

- Identify key sector developments, monitoring market trends and closely tracking existing portfolio assets to support investment / divestment making decisions

- Support completion of acquisitions and conducting post-closing initiatives

- Work with internal and external stakeholders well

Desired Profile:

- 1-3 years of working experience in a similar management consulting background, investment banking, Big 4, corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, project finance, M&A capacity etc

- Strong analytical insight and spreadsheet modelling skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements to an intermediate level

- Good interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills

- Energetic, highly organized, and meticulous. Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and several diverse work streams.

- Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and able to do financial modelling

- Positive, resourceful and a strong team player.
