VIBGYOR High - Manager - Taxation - CA

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The role requires a person with a good tax technical background to assist in various income tax and GST compliances, litigation and planning matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

1 Providing tax advisory services on various contemplated transactions

2 Undertaking various income tax compliances such as advance tax, TDS returns, tax returns, 26AS reconciliations etc.

3 Assisting in various income tax and GST litigation matters

4 Undertaking various GST compliances

5 Monitoring tax demands and refunds and taking swift action on the same

6 Assisting in various compliances under FEMA for overseas investments

7 Undertaking vendor reconciliations on timeline basis for GST

8 Making tax provisions and deferred tax workings

9 Liaising with tax and GST auditor for completion of audits

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1 Adherence to the returns timelines

2 Developing rapport with the tax authorities

3 Identifying opportunities for structuring of transactions in tax efficient manner

4 Identifying key tax risks and taking action on the same

KNOWLEDGE :

Knowledge of income tax and GST provisions

Good analytical skills

EXPERIENCE:

- CA with 7-10 years of experience

- Good control over Microsoft excel

- Well versed with various ERPs including Tally, Microsoft, SAP, etc
