Primary Purpose: Drive organizations Business Development strategy from conceptualization to execution, thereby enabling the organization to expand its business horizon with its existing as well as new customer base and realize its growth potential. Key Accountabilities/Activities - Primary Responsibility: Relationship Executive Cell Management: - Adroitly resolve the customer queries outside the purview of the RE cell by effectively liasioning with appropriate admin support etc. - Ensure all unresolved grievances of the customer are resolved on top priority. - Monitoring all customer queries via organizational query traction mechanism like CRM - Generate customer delight by ensuring high responsiveness and closing the loop with customer on all issues and keep them updated/engaged during the process of resolution - Ensure that the RE Executives are efficiently guiding the customer on school systems and process and ensure that the repository of updated information is available at all point in time - Be an active team member in achieving the annual admission targets & objectives in line with the Organization Admission Target Plan - Rollout, Monitor and Achieve monthly Admissions target to schools - Efficiently monitor the pre-sales process and keep a track on all leads and plan activities like society camps or mall activities, pre-school tie ups, corporate tie ups. - Monitor the entire sales process for potential customers from first interface to closure. - Effectively augment the selling competencies with Relationship Executives Team of the organization through internal and external interventions. - Partner with HR Team in training &amp; engagement for the business development team to enhance sales competency. - Conceptualize Marketing Initiatives to create brand awareness and promote the USPs like Summer Camps, Day Care, PSA activities etc. - Conduct Campus tour to all customers/parents for Experiential Marketing. - Improve effectiveness of RE cell in Growth of enquiry to admission i.e. Target Conversion Rate - Conduct Weekly sales and service reviews with ZM and RO's - Execute lead generation strategy to maximize qualified leads for respective centers. - Align centre specific sales plan in line with integrated organizational sales strategy. Parent Relationship: - Drive effective parent services for Requests &amp; Complaints through proper implementation of CS Tracker - Ensure there is a reduction of frequent complaints and keep a tab on the same. - Weekly Review with CRM manager and ZM. - Monthly reviews with RO's - Intervene to resolve parent issues Local Marketing Implementation: - Effectively implement the go-to-market strategy as per the integrated marketing along with Centre and Zonal leads thus maximizing the efforts from the sales efforts. - Monitor and support vertical sales plans in line with organizational sales strategy. - Effectively manage Business Development budget to optimize per conversion spend for all Business engagements. - Effectively execute the marketing strategy and lead the marking efforts through conferences, social media, SEO, web events and other on B to C field channels. - Effectively track all ATL &amp; BTL engagements and optimize efforts to maximize results for sales efforts. - Work with corporate, B2B account management team and guide them to generate winning solutions to maximize gains from such relationships. - Drive the ZMs and RE Cells for Pre School Tie ups. - Augment Brand management efforts by guiding team on market segmentation and putting requisite branding strategy in place to drive higher qualified leads. - Timely and effectively execute all elements branding/Media/PR/Advertising plan of the organization to maximize yield from the spend. - Map market environment through time to time market research interventions and guide the team basis the respective analysis to optimize the results from Business Development efforts. - Ensure positive imagery through PR initiatives to ensure that the brand is reflected in a positive light on all platforms. - Make informed decisions on brand development, support new brand activities, ensure the brand values and culture are reflected accurately. - Manage integrated communications ATL, BTL, PR, direct communications, digital/internet media to ensure that they are used in a productive and effective manner. - Drive the ZMs and RE Cells for Road Shows in Corporate &amp; ensure tie ups - Through ZMs keep a track on count of direction boards and branding Secondary Responsibility: Administration Operations - Provide strategic leadership for RE/RO improvement and development - Coordinate and supervise the administrative activities. - Responsible for all documentation work regarding school admissions and play a leading role in the student admission process. - Planning of new projects in discussion with the management. - Any other assignments as directed by the managing committee - Maintaining effective communication with staff and parents. - Effectively guide the Relationship Cell team to resolute parent concerns/queries. Human Resource Management - Effectively guide and motivate team to drive their best at achieve results. - Effectively ensure that there is maximum adherence to HR Policies. - Effectively work with Human Resources team to recruit efficient resources within the prescribed time frame. - Effectively control attrition by facilitating a conducive work environment for the school staff. - Ensure that the staff is taken through induction program at regular intervals. Admission Management - Effectively support the RE team to ensure that the admission targets for the academic year is met - Effectively lead the admission process at the centre whereby ensuring that USPs associated with the VIBGYOR brand is percolated at the parent level. - Effectively train and mentor the Relationship Cell team to ensure targeted conversions whereby ensuring that the admission targets are taken care.
